We have had a call from a couple of people that have purchased the new GEN II cases about the fact that their front USB connectors were not working.

We were informed by a friend ( thanks Pat & Joe ) that it was the cable that was the issue..

This could possibly be a problem in any X-11 or X15 case with front USB ports.

If you plug in the front USB connector and you find that it does not work, we suggest you remove the USB cable from the front connector and take it out of the case and remove all the plastic covers.

This can be done with a needle, you lift up the little tab on the side of the connector and lift it slightly ( only lift it up a little as they WILL break ) and the cable should just pull out easily.

Once you have removed the plastic covers then reconnect them as per diagram below. If you are still having problems please contact info@zylux.com.au for assistance.
